We employ local Fijian labour who work alongside our skilled New Zealand tower painters, so both teams learn from each other on site. Over time, some of our Fijian crew train with our New Zealand teams and go on to permanent roles here. It is a genuine pathway, and it is a big part of what makes our Fiji operation work.
