Project Description

For this project, we were entrusted with applying high-performance intumescent systems where a stunning finish was just as crucial as fire protection.

We used a range of advanced coatings to achieve these standards. In excess of 30,000m² of steel was fire-rated using more than 10,000 litres of thin film intumescent (Interchar 2060 and 2090), as well as nearly 20,000kg of epoxy intumescent (Interchar 3120 and 212). Notably, more than 8 tons of Interchar 212 were specifically applied to the pool beams, ensuring robust and reliable protection in high-visibility areas without compromising on design.

The facility's innovative design and quality of delivery have been widely recognized, earning nominations and awards.
