We were engaged by Built Environs to carry out the passive fire protection of all services and structural penetrations through fire separations as part of the Atrium redevelopment project. The works involved fire-stopping services and structural penetrations on Levels 1, 2, and 3.

We were on site full-time for approximately 22 months, with 3-5 installers on site for the duration of the project, with an additional three months on and off toward the end of the project.

We worked closely with the main contractor and the fire engineer ensuring compliant and efficient systems were installed on site.
