Cake Commercial was recently engaged in the surface preparation and site application of protective coatings for Aspec Construction. The application of Noxyde was administered to the exposed sheet piles within each new carpark level at Ponsonby Central.

This project hosted many challenges including, the uncontrollable environmental conditions during the winter months, facilitating an effective working relationship with the client, and ensuring that our detailed work plan of each work-front allowed for project to be carried out with minimal disruption.
