We were engaged by B&L Management to carry out the Passive Fire Protection of all services and structural penetrations through fire separations, as part of a renovation and compliance upgrade project. The works involved, fire-stopping services and structural penetrations passing through fire separations in the risers and in communal areas.

We were on site full-time for approximately four months, with an additional three months on and off toward the end of the project. An average of 2–3 installers were present on site throughout the project to maintain program continuity.
