This project was primarily an intumescent coatings project, with some discrete areas within the building requiring more traditional protective coatings specifications. This project involved the application of Nullifire SC902 to external balcony steelwork and Firetex FX2003 in the basement area. The required Fire Resistance Rating (FRR) on both the balcony and basement area is 60 minutes.
